We have done several projects utilizing load bearing steel stud framing, and we see this as the future of construction. We are currently working on two 4-story condominiums in Edmonton constructed entirely with load bearing steel stud and ComFlor. We have also constructed several mezzanines and residences using steel stud construction, and the latest trend for residential is using ComFlor as a garage floor to expand basements (or add a second garage) under your main garage. This is extremely cheap space to develop and can be incorporated into any new home.
